ULTRA SEAL™ is an acrylic elastomeric, insulating ceramic, waterproofing FLAT FINISH Wall Coating. ULTRA SEAL™ integrates a blend of ceramic borosilicates (microscopic hollow glass beads), and various ceramic tillers that when combined form a true ceramic insulator. When applied to a wall surface at 25 mils dry film thickness, it can produce an insulation equivalent of up to R-17 (4 inches of foam insulation). When this insulation equivalent is combined with the reflectance properties in ULTRA SEAL™, the comparable R-Value may be as high as R-24. The equivalent R-Value is directly relative to, but not limited to, the dry film thickness, the color of the coating (reflectivity), and the type of surface to which the coating is applied. ULTRA SEALS™ Ceramic Insulating qualities create a shield of millions of hollow ceramic microspheres. Ceramics are very Poor Conductors of heat, therefore become effective as an insulator. The ceramics in ULTRA SEAL™ refract, dissipate and reflect heat to reduce the damaging effects of moisture and condensation.
ULTRA PRIME™ is an acrylic elastomeric, waterproofing CLEAR FINISH Primer Sealer. A high resin content formula with excellent adhesion that has no fillers and is designed to Remedy and prepare chalking uncoated and/or poorly conditioned surfaces for most any type elastomeric coating.

ULTRA SEAL™ is a good choice where Sound level reductions are required. Upon coating the exterior walls of a structure, ULTRA SEAL™ can effectively reduce interior noise by reflecting sound back towards the Source. The hollow ceramic microspheres within the coating forms a barrier that helps block and reflect sound, unlike other coatings that absorb sound and transmit noise. As ULTRA SEAL™ dries, water is released by evaporation. The ceramic spheres then join and form a continuous union that are bonded together by the elastomeric acrylic resin coating mixture. While insulating and reducing sound, the coating is also eliminating harmful moisture penetration as well as providing many years of ongoing beauty and protection.
ULTRA SEAL™ is not paint. It is a Superior Weather Protective Coating, about 5 times thicker than ordinary paint. Formulated with the best waterproofing elastomeric acrylic resins available, ULTRA SEAL™ eliminates harmful water intrusion beneath the coating. Also, trenching can eliminate the passage of water from below ground into the structure. This is why ordinary paints fail and ULTRA SEAL™ keeps on performing.
